All support rates are billed equally whether Onsite, Remote Access, Phone or Email. Weekdays  Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm  $60.00/Hour. Monday to Friday 5pm - 9am  $90.00/Hour for current clients and $100.00/Hour for the general public.   Weekends / Holidays Weekends and Holidays $100.00/Hour.   We do have exceptions for high volume customers and Service Contracts. *   If  onsite service is requested and your locations is     greater than 10 minutes from the Sudbury's downtown      each way (after Initial 10min) is also billable as travel        time. ** Long distance charges may apply.
